Aida Haddad is a librarian and the wife of  the first Lutheran Arab Bishop in Jerusalem. She is head of the WDP Palestine Committee, is active in her own Lutheran Church, and involved in YWCA, Sabeel Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center and Kairos Palestine.

​She has led the WDP movement in Palestine since 1991 and was a key figure in promoting WDP around the world.
